Claimwise is operated from Toronto, Ontario. These terms cover the Claimwise apps and website.
2. What Claimwise does
Claimwise organizes receipts and calculates amounts for tax forms. It does not file returns and does not give personalized tax advice. You or your accountant decide what to file.
3. Your account
Keep your sign-in secure. Use MFA; it’s required on Business and Accountant plans.
4. Plans and billing
Paid plans renew monthly or yearly until cancelled. Trials convert to paid unless you cancel first. Prices include GST/HST where it applies.
5. Your content
Your receipts are yours. You give us permission to process them only to run Claimwise for you.
6. Accuracy
We check extractions and rules carefully, but you’re responsible for reviewing what you confirm and file.
7. Ending your account
You can export everything and delete your account at any time. Deletion completes within 30 days.
8. Changes
We’ll give notice of material changes by email and in the app.
